AAA Care & Treatment has developed specialized programs in the MH/DD/SA populations. Our Community Support Services (CSS) include preventive and therapeutic activities that assist with skill building, development of a person centered plan (PCP), relational skills, symptom monitoring, therapeutic mentoring, and case management functions of arranging, linking, referral to services, and monitoring of the provision of services. We specialize in eating disorders.

Adult and Child Services:
- Psychiatric Services - A licensed psychiatrist is available for evaluations and medication management.
- Psychological Services - A licensed psychologist is available to provide psychological testing and evaluations.
- Diagnostic Assessment - An intensive clinical and functional face-to-face evaluation of a recipient’s mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition that results in the issuance of a Diagnostic/Assessment report with a recommendation regarding services and provides the basis for the development of a Person Centered Plan (PCP). It also evaluates the recipient’s level of readiness and motivation to engage in treatment. The results from a Diagnostic/Assessment includes recommendations to formulate the development of a Person Centered Plan.
- Outpatient Therapy - Our clinicians can provide comprehensive assessments, individual, and/or family therapy. This service can be provided in the home or in an office setting.
- Community Supports - Consists of mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation services and supports necessary to assist the client in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative, sobriety, and recovery goals. These individuals provide coordination and oversight of initial and ongoing assessment activities, initial development and ongoing revision of Person Centered Plans, monitoring of implementation of the plan, as well as coordination of movement across levels of care, directly to the person and their family, and coordinates discharge planning and community re-entry following hospitalization, residential services and other levels. Community Support Workers provide skill building including daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, development of leisure time interests/activities, symptom management skills, wellness education, psychoeducation and work readiness skills.
