AAA Care & Treatment began in 2003 with the vision to provide life opportunities for the Mental Health Developmental Disability and Substance Abuse populations. Often times these populations are not given the attention deserved to fulfill their lives.
We are a therapeutic provider in alternative and supportive treatment options with the goal of keeping the client with the family and active in the community.

NC Department of Health and Human Services, DMA and Divisions of Facility Services
